I was in my third year of school before I finally realized what I wanted to be. Is this normal?

No way is it not normal. I knew so many in college just like that. Some people actually begin college, sign up for courses, and even pick a major already knowing that it isn't what they want to do with their lives or career- not even knowing for sure why they're there in the first place. Now that to me sounds way more abnormal.

It all worked out in the end though, didn't it? That achievement and success is far greater than normal in my eyes!!

I knew with the certainty of youth exactly what I wanted to major in the minute I was involved with my first play in 8th grade. All I did was make lightning appear during a couple of scenes...but for some reason, being back stage, hearing the audience out front, the hustle and bustle of the actors getting ready and performing, was just magical and I was hooked...so sign me up for an MFA in Theatre and all that that entails, please!

When I was 10. A cat knocked the transistor radio off Grama's mantle and it broke open, and I saw all the neat colored gadgets inside it, and I decided I wanted to get into electroincs, which I did, but I also wanted to get in the medical field, so I found a place where they meet.

I never went to college. Since I was a little biddy baby I knew I wanted to be a bum. For some reason, none of the colleges I looked at ran a course on it.

It takes a few years to decide. I feel I still made the wrong choices even after finishing it too.

I hereby declare you normal. Now what are you going to do about it? Its not healthy..I owe you a serious answer so I knew after my first year and changed programs. I wonder if this meant your degree took longer to finish...
