YOU CAN GET ELASTICATED ONES THAT WILL STRETCH ...TRY ASKING IN HAT SHOPS THEY WOULD PROBABLY DO HATS MADE TO MEASURE SO IT WILL FIT HER PROPERLY GOOD LUCK HOPE THIS HELPS !!!!!!!!!!!1
