When the sun is out it is shining. When it is in a cloud it is not. When it is night it is in hiding. Just my own bright idea.

Well there is Sun Corporation. When there were having financial problems everyone was saying: do not count sun out yet.

Means that it used up all its Hydrogen during the the fusion nuclear reaction that runs it and turned it all into helium, thats when it starts swelling. I think that is what it means by the sun "out"
