Jack Bauer, hands down. While Bond know judo and various forms of self-defense, Bauer is crazy as a sh!thouse rat. Do you remember season 2 and Jack is in that stadium with Ms. Palmer? He takes one guy by the head, runs up the wall and snaps the dude's neck like a twig. Bond is trained to kill, but Bauer seems to enjoy killing (he's got all those anger issues).
