believe it or not a lot of them don't even notice
if you really want people to know
tell some at a bar or something
it will spread like wild fire
and every women will want to look or touch
if you worry to much about telling people about the orchidectomy you begin to get depressed
go out there and don't worry if a girl can't see you for what you are then she is not worth it

If you only appear to have one testical, and you have no history of one being removed surgically, you may have an un-descended testicle. A doctor would be able to advise you. If so, an operation would fix this.
If you were born with one, or had one removed because of an injury, you will still be able to have children if you want to. One testicle produces sufficient testosterone and sperm to maintain your male features and make you fertile.
If you wish to improve the appearance, a prosthetic can be inserted matching your existing testicle. These are made of a durable plastic, and have the same shape and feel as a real one.
Your girlfriend/wife should not be bothered by this condition. If they were, it would show a rather shallow type of personality.

Your problem is called Kryptorchidism.
It's not serious. Only one testicle can produce sperms properly!
You have nothing to do or worry about.
Surgery can't do anything for it, If you're above 15.
Because the other one has been overheated!

Just go and tell her.
If she leaves you, think that she didnt deserve you. testicles are not meant for sex, but for sperm production. As long as it works, dont worry
