bluetooth is a type of wireless technology.
In another words, if you have bluetooth, you can connect to other devices that can talk bluetooth aka 802.15. These devices are usually personal devices like cell phones, printers, mp3 players, cameras and so on.

When you say "Integrated wireless technology", that sounds like you are talking about 802.11 wi-fi which is used to network computers and other devices that can talk 802.11.
