1st try using a plastic fork or even a spoon! but the more you think your fear ov forks becomes the worst it will get!

sounds like if you're in public, you better only order burgers or pizza, otherwise, eat at home using your fork until you get over your fear. Good luck!

JUST TRY LITTLE STEPS EACH DAY TRY USING PLASTIC ONES (DISPOSABLE ) OR CHILDREN'S ONES AT FIRST AND START OFF TRYING IT FOR ONE MEAL A DAY THEN GRADUALLY TRY IT FOR TWO MEAL THEN THREE EVENTUALLY YOU WILL GET OVER YOUR PHOBIA .YOU,VE GOT TO BE STRONG AND DONT WORRY ABOUT SMALL MINDED PEOPLE WHO HAVE TO MAKE THERE STUPID COMMENTS GOOD LUCK YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!!!!!1
