Actaully I want to know that If he will not be penalised for what he did then in future the other umpires might do something like him. I pointing toward the recent series of Pak vs Eng in which he accused Inzamam n pak team for ball tampering.

If he had the slightest of dignity, honour or grace, he would have quit himself. As he won't, he must be sacked. But simply sacking him won't be enough, he should be fined not less than $ 500,000 plus the losses the ECB has suffered on account of returning revenues to the public (the bill for which they have sent to PCB). After all he is the one who is solely responsible for what happened at the Oval.

I fail to understand one thing, we often see that on the slightest mistake by a cricketer, the Umpires fine him his full match fee or 50% of that, but we all frequently see blunders committed by umpires by their wrong decisions, but no rule is there to punish the umpires over their such blunders. And irony is that people like Hair still remain 'the best in the world'. Hell with such rules and regulations.
