It depends on ocassion:
If you want to watch news CNN news are the best in the world.
If you want entertainment than Oprah is the real choice.
However my favourite so far is Oprah,but usually I watch both.

I like Oprah. I like CNN( especially Glenn Beck). The two really aren't much alike. CNN is news, Oprah is entertainment. They each have there own merit.

There is no right answer to this question. It all depends on what you WANT. If you want to be entertained. You go to Oprah. If you want to be informed you go to CNN (although I prefer MSNBC myself).
Of course, Oprah often MAKES news :)
