I have a 2005 gsxr 600 and i want to find an aftermarket plastic tank cover, like what's stock on honda CBR's

the cbr has a plastic fuel cell under the plastic tank cover, you have a metal gas tank that has a finish. There is not a place that makes what you want. Conceivably you could have a fiber glass fuel cell made, and have someone make a fiberglass mold of a gsxr tank to use as a cover, obviously this is gonna be very expensive.

Get a "tank bra" (tank cover). It's a leather cover. Or a "tank protector" - colored stick on's, to prevent scratching of the tank.
