Does anyone have any tips on what to look for when downloading torrents? I thought this torrent business was supposed to be the next big thing in downloading things from the web but my torrents seem to take forever. I pay attention to how old the torrent is and how many seeds and leeches there are but downloads still take forever. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
ps i use bit torrent and visit sites like bit torrent, torrent portal, etc.....

It's unlawful to down load copyrighted torrents and you may enter into trouble. My partner and i highly recommend utilizing a VPN service whenever getting torrents. I'm using http://www.vpnmaster.org theypermit torrents on the European VPN servers.

I used to use bittorrent, but a couple of months ago the speed seemed to shoot down and I got frustrated. I moved on to using Utorrent. It is basically the same interface, but the speed is good on this one. Make sure the firewall doesn't interfere with the torrent app.
