My browser does not display a file menu where I can save, save as, print, close, etc. Where is it?

try pressing the "alt" + "F" key on keyboard and see it brings up the menu or not. if yes change the view settings of your explorer

Right click on what you have and tick all of them that should cure it.

you could be in full screen click the minimize button.

change your toolbar option to "standard" it should come back!
