I recommend doing it about 10 times in one day. That will cure you for a week or so cause it will be so sore.

Don't suppress it. Why on earth would you want to quit? Unless it's taking away from your intimate relations with your wife. And if that's the case and you really like that kind of stimulation, maybe the two of you can discuss mutual masturbation in the bedroom/shower/kitchen/wherever? That can be fun!

If it's while your wife is away, then how is masturbating so wrong? Should anyone, including yourself, have a right to be upset that you have a means to give yourself pleasure and that you use it? I can't wrap my head around why you'd wanna quit.

If you really MUST quit because it is getting way out of hand (ha!), the only thing that will stop you is you. It's a matter of willpower. Otherwise, (and I'm sure I don't have to tell you this) if you find yourself unbearably *****, I suggest a spur-of-the-moment passionate romp with your wife. Unless it's a totally inappropriate time to do so (on public transit?), I'm sure, like most girls, she'll quite like the occasional spontaneous ravaging.

All men who are in a relationship or married masturbate. It's nothing to be ashamed of, and it's not unusual.
If your partner doesn't like it because she feels excluded, invite her in on the action; if she doesn't want to take part, then find a way off pelasuring yrou self when she's not around. But you don't have to feel bad about giving your sexuality this natural expression.

Your not doing any harm, just try and chill and enjoy, make sure that your not making it take over your life and if it is !! Then try getting out more, join the gym or get some kind of hobby thats not going to have you pulling away so much.

it is normal
don't worry about it

but if you want to stop it is all in you head

if you feel the urge go to a table sit on the chair and put both hands on the table and don't move your hands until you lose that urge

if that doesn't work put your hands on your head wear really tight underwear and tuck down ward in them this makes the sensation go out of site out of mind

Basically masturbation can be overcome by masturbating less frequently over the time.Keep Yourself Busy With different activities whenever you are aroused.

Please don't let it overtake your need for intimacy with your wife. My husband did this for too many years, now he's my ex-husband. If this is the case, you need to take it to a counselor to figure out why you are obsessed.
