Yes. A lot of people might have gay feelings but that doesn't necessarily make them 'gay'. Don't try and label yourself as gay, straight or otherwise - you are just an ever-evolving sexual being like the rest of us. Sexuality is a continous spectrum which goes from being completely gay to bi to completely straight and there aren't any clear divisions.

Your question states "Is being interested in Gay Sex different with Being Gay?" It depends on why the person is interested in it....depends if it is to educate themselves or are they pursuing a gay relationship? If it's to educate themselves about the gay lifestyle then that doesn't make them Gay, if they are thinking about pursuing a Gay relationship...then I would say yes they probably will be in a Gay relationship in due time. My question would be if they got into a Gay relationship one time and realized that they didn't like it, does that still make them Gay....probably not. The person could have a high sex drive and just experimenting, and then realized that it was not for him.

In the Phillipines "Gay" men dress and look like women - men come to them for sex but do not consider themselves gay by doing so. Most of the clients of the Katoey in Thailand are heterosexual businessmen - they have sex with a boy who looks like a girl and experience gay sex - but do not think ig themselves as gay for doing so. It's an old issue of whether you are an "invert" or not.
Having sex with a man by taking a "male" role of penetration is in many cultures not considered to be being gay - having sex with a man by taking the "female" role of invert is considered to be gay sex even if you do not ever penetrate another man. So a lot of trans people are considered gay in some societies even though most pre-operative trans women consider themselves to be having straight heterosexual sex with a man even when they still have a penis because they always take a role of being female in the relationship.
Of course if you consider youself to be a gay man - you will almost certainly be interested in gay sex - but not necessarily. I know people who are asexual - they simply do not like sex - some of those people are heterosexual, some are gay, some are lesbian. some are trans.

Yes, there is a difference in being interested in something and being aroused by it, or even approving of it (though not in this context I would imagine).
For example being interested in stuff about Nazi Germany does not make you a Nazi, or being curious about say, bondage does not mean you necessarily want to incorporate it into your own sex life or that you even find it erotic.
If you were aroused by gay sex, that might be different.

Yes. Being interested in gay sex doesn't mean that you have a gay sexual orientation. You could be bisexual (you'd be interested in straight sex as well as gay sex), or even straight (interested in gay sex, but not really sexually attracted to members of the same sex). A person who is gay is sexually attracted to members of the same sex and not sexually attracted to members of the opposite sex.

There is no such thing as 'gay sex' --- just 'gay' intimacy.
Anal sex is not a gay sex act - it is an intimate sex act that requires a degree of care and trust. Both gay and straight people have the capacity to be careful and trustworthy.

Totally.
It's normal to be curious about gay sex, whether you're a bloke or a gal, and even though few will admit it, everyone has. Yes, even that machoer-than-macho rugby player guy down the pub has thought about. We're naturally interested in such things - we just want to know about them, even if we'd never want to have them. And don't forget, you can be bisexual, too.

Yes. I am a lesbian but I am interested in what straight people do (I have to be since they rule the wolrd, lol). But that is different from practicing hetrosexuality which would be just as wierd for me as the reverse would be for a straight person. You can be curious without being active. And please, if you are interested, take time to learn about who we are as people and then help us because our lives are made very hard by ignorance and fear from others.

I don't know for sure, since I have no point of reference. I would think that an interest wouldn't necessarily indicate that a person was gay, but maybe curious. But it would seem that you would need to be gay, or bisexual to participate in gay sex.

supposed we are talking about a man --
being interested in gay sex does not mean that person is gay. it only means that person is interested in having another guy's penis inside his mouth or in his rectum OR he enjoys inserting his own penis into another guy's mouth or rectum. and he gets pleasure from doing those acts.
being gay means the guy is physically, emotionally and sexually attracted to member of the same sex.
i hope i was clear.
