why do house windows glazed with Pilkington "K" heat refective glass consensate on the outsides?

The windows in my conservatory tend to condensate on the outsides with just a clear border around the outside

the pilkington k glass is in the right way round, i have had this checked!!

I think that the K glass will only be on the inside. The outside glass will be cold at night except around the edges, where some heat from inside will conduct through the frame, during the night condensation will occur on the central cold area, which should evaporate during the early part of the day.
