Depends what you/she consider a treat!
If you are after something quite romantic, a simple afternoon stroll along the river/through the woods/across the park, followed by a nice cappucino in a coffee house somewhere. Or be creative and make up a photo history of you two together from the beginning to the present day with captions of something you remember. She will be touched that you remember.
Depending on your living arrangements, you could buy some inexpensive candles, nice bit of massage oil/body chocolate stuff, bottle of wine, nice bubbly bath........wouldn't cost too much.
Or cook a nice meal at home and then do the washing up whilst she puts her feet up.
Or blag a free trial day at the local health club so you can go together for the day - Virgin Active and Esporta are good for these. She doesn't need to know that you didn't pay for the day.
Or make a CD of music that means something to her and/or you. She will love that you could remember and took the time to do it.

cook her a meal, run her a bath, massage her feet/neck, do the housework, leave little love notes around the house. Or you could just tell her how you feel. You don't need to spend a fortune to treat your girlfriend

Cook her a nice dinner?
Treat her to a nice relaxing day whilst you fuss and tend to her every need and whim?
Take her for a drive to the countryside if you have a car and bring a nice picnic?

Tell her she's wonderful and treat her to a bottle of wine at home £2-candles low-light and wear smart clothes she'll fall at your feet.
