this guy at work is spreading rumors about me and how i told him i'm in love with him and stuff and he's calling me crazy. my boyfriend and him have never actually talked, but they've seen eachother. they also have a few mutual friends.

i need a way to put a stop to all of this, because even though i really did have a MINISCULE thing for him a little while ago, this is just ruining my performance at work.

That is purely 'Sexual Harrasment' and it can ruin your job becuase you are not performing well and also you relationship with your boyfriend.

I suggest that you tell everything you told us here to your boyfriend because it is much easier to hear it from you then hear the lies from somewhere else. He might believe these rumours. You never know!!!

After you have discussed this with your boyfriend, so to he Human Resources manager and report him. If no steps are taken (as usually happens) go to the 'Employment Agency' and discuss this problem with them, as some companies do not take sexual harresment as seriously.

You have learned a valuable lesson never ever ever tell anything personal to coworkers. Never ever ever date anyone you work with. Tell him to stop. If he doesn't tell your boss but you may loose your job not him. Instead of telling your boss ask for a transfer or you may need to find some place else to work.

Tell him and your boss that this needs to stop. Bring in a recorder and record the conversation. If it doesn't stop hire a lawyer, you'll get enough money you'll never have to work again.

Try talking to your boss. If he's giving you that much grief, it needs to stop. I had s problem with a co-worker of mine years ago, I talked to my boss who then talked to his, and the behavior stopped.

It's worth a try!

yes, you certainly tangled in the sheets. just turn it around on him, tell people that he is living in a dream world, one in which you like him. laugh at it infront of him and other co-workers, and he will feel like the laughing stock.
