This product is a poultry product it is healthy it is perishable must be kept refrigerated it has about a 8 to 10 day shelf life I have taste tested it with 150 people couldn't find anyone who didnt like the product. I think it would be a asset to any sandwich shop or deli to add to there menu. My problem is how do I get it from my kitchen to a level where it can be purchased by the large franchised sandwich stores?

you need to contact a patent or intellectual property attorney. i dont think u can patent the idea cos the idea itself is based around a naturally occuring product. copywriting the recepie could work. im sure you could sell the idea to a franchised organisation with some sort of royalty agreement or whatever.

I would put together a presentation and call Subways corporate headquaters and try to set up an appointment to see someone... You also want to have an attorney present so that they won't steal your idea and you can go over what you need to do to get this product up and running... If they like it they will fund you in launching the product or buy it from you...

you would probably have to go and get a patent of some sort and go through the FDA before you can take it to Subway. though Subway might like the idea enough and buy it from you and take it from there. Contact them and get their input, they would know all about the food regulations and whatnot.

Approach Subway at their headquarters in Milford, CT. They are always looking for new items for their menu
