What do you mean by political emergency/ Constitution envisages certain situations under which the President can declare a state of emergency. Internally there are two kinds of emergency. If a State Government fails to comply with any directive issued by the Union of India, the administration of that state can be taken over by the President. Local emergency can be declared for the whole or a part of the country, under certain circumstances. After the Emergency, the Janata Government that followed has introduced a provision that only in the event of an armed revolt, on the basis of recommendations of the cabinet. In case of an external aggression, there can be an emergency declared. Of course, financial emergency can also be declared, if the President is satisfied that the finance of the Government warrants it.
In view of these provisions, it is not easy these days to declare emergency.

I am not sure what you may have in mind about an "emergency" but I think India is going through change so fast that it is stretching the social fabric of the nation. The gaps between the traditional worldview of Hinduism and the demands of an international economy are going to cause India to make some hard choices about its values and practices.

i dont know what u mean by political emergency but vote for the same political party doesnt going to make any diffrence.we should give oppertunity to the new,young and eligible persons.
