Some people just draw others around them, (despite looks, weath, etc.) What do you think they do to appeal to others whereas some people just blend into the crowd??

Certain people have no facades. They are honest in what they say and how they interact socially.
Social interaction has alot to do with trust, when you intuitively recognise someone who is completely open to you and others, they are like a magnet.
Thinking of the few people I know who are like that, they don't seem to judge anyone, and don't care what anyone thinks of them personally. There's no animosity or defensiveness - just pure acceptance of the way things are.

It is the aura, now you can believe it or not but how else do you explain it. You can go to a person and talk for a little bit and feel like you have been friends for a long time.
Or you can be afraid to even be near that other person. It is the aura or "personna" that they exude.

I think that some people have a certain charisma. They could be the meanest, most selfish person in the world, but the charisma they pull it off with is so incredible that people cant help but like them. Its a confidence thing.

Irrespective of whether we are able to perceive it or not, there is an aura about some people which does attract others towards them ! Call it by any name, like personal magnetism, charismatic, vibration, matching wavelength etc... it is there !
