i just have to say, that is kind of a rhetorical question. its kind of like asking how many countries eat. there has got to be at least a few teams in each country. the only one would probably antarctica, but that would be a good place to skate maybe.

I am not sure recently how many are joined in group
But for the world cup which was happened some where in may or april by that time total countries was palying hockey is 46
including small small countries
