Well its ILLEGAL to have sex with a minor...but if the student is over 18, then its legal (but not necessarily ACCEPTABLE)

Teachers who use STUDENTS to have sex are pathetic.... the LOWER themselves and prey on younger , vulnerable people!

What are you talking about? a teacher having sex with a student is illegal according to Federal Law. It is called statutory Rape. I am a teacher. The few people who have been brought up on charges deserved them. This is NOT something that happens all the time. It just gets a lot of news coverage making it seem more common than it is in the real world.

Use your critical thinking skills a little. Or even some common sense?

confident And do you ever word that girls people abusers get off greater somewhat than adult males? Like say a male instructor replaced into raping a girl pupil nicely he'd be in penal complex for a protracted time. yet while a girl pupil rapes a youthful boy she gets 5 years probation and gets her liscense revoked. How is that honest. It shouldn't rely if the abuser replaced right into a guy or a woman they could desire to the two get a similar volume of punishment and crime. by using letting lady instructors off greater somewhat we are sending a message to all of the female pedophiles accessible which contains the lecturers who do those horrendous crimes with their male pupils that they could proceed doing what they do because of the fact our government is basically too afraid of seeming like jerks and scary the accepted public. How is that honest?
