My recipe: cook 1/3 cup brown rice in microwave for 33 minutes, 33 seconds. Beat 1 raw egg in 3 oz. whole milk, add to rice and put back into microwave on high for 30 seconds to sterilize the egg. Remove from oven and add raisins, peanuts, almonds, and a pinch of sea salt. Delicious, satisfying, and good for you!
