Try some DGL tablets 4 times a day. Take 1-2 tsp of glutamine powder 4x daily also. Take them on an empty stomach. Eat small high protein meals 5-6x daily instead or 2-3 big meals. High protein powder in milk or cottage cheese with wheat germ is good. Take 1-2 tsp of flaxseed oil or rice bran oil with each meal. Take 2-8 grams of MSM in divided doses daily (Start with low doses and gradually increase until relief is obtained). Take a high potency multiple vitamin-mineral to build up your health. I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off.
