Don't you know the state of Bihar, which was ruled by Laloo for 15 years or so? Many good and educated people are leaving that state, to get relief from the kidnappers and criminals. Kidnapping and killing are the jobs undertaken by many, in that state.
If India were to go down to that level, Laloo can help by becoming the PM. India, has some standing, even though not a high one, in the globe at present.We must strive to improve that standing, not to take it lower level.
The PM of this country should be a visionary like Dr. Kalam, not any joker.

PM is a different cup of tea, altogether. Railways he managed well, because he left to the experts to run the show, for which he deserves kudos. To head the government, he needs to actively involve himself in governance. The fact that he ruined Bihar, as the head of Bihar Government will give us an idea as to how he will run the country as PM.
