It can be your blood pressure, have a doctor or nurse check it out.

When you are pregnant your blood pressure can change in a short period of time. And it sounds like your blood pressure is low, your brain doesn't get enough blood and you are about to faint. Keep your feet up if possible and do go see a doctor soon. A change in your blood pressure can be the sign of preeclampsia if I recall it correctly.

Generally, balance problems are caused by a sensory, neurological, orthopedic problem. Common causes include labyrinthitis, stroke, or neuropathy.

Vestibular or balance disorders can often result from an inner-ear disturbance, trauma, inner-ear infection, nerve damage, or the effects of aging.

Vestibular disorders include benign paroxysmal; positional vertigo (BPPV), caused by inner-ear debris, and unilateral or bilateral vestibular dysfunction, caused by weakness weakness within the patient's vestibular system.

These disorders can be incredibly frightening for patients, disorienting them with symptoms such as:
Dizziness
Vertigo
Oscillopsia
Gait difficulties

The disabling effects of these symptoms often lead to depression or stress, exacerbating their condition.

call the doc. or clinic, I don't think you should take anything until you talk to them.
