At the moment a male victim has to pay his abuser 18 years of 'child support'. [A bit like forcing gays to pay to go to 'concentration camps'.]
For those who condone rape; just turn it around and say that it should happen to women too. How's it sound now?
Fear does *not* stop an erection, and even if it could then Viagra would leave the man totally at the mercy of his attacker.
If the woman has a gun?

Interesting, chris; so the argument is so sound that you need to insult the messenger.

Perhaps, I love, BUT when men rape they don't make their victims pay for 18 years. That's just wrong. Worse than that.

[*If* anyone can see a flaw in that logic then can ya say how it's not right? Like, don't just say 'that's prepostourous'. If ya can't say what's not right about it then ya know it's true. It's just brainwashed sexism that stops you from recognising it at the start. But you will.]

I dunno why you women are pretending; all the women I've gone out with have taken sex from me without asking [the government calls that rape now], and *you all know* you have taken it from your men.

Interesting, 'rendezvous', so you think women should be free to abuse men or else you will abuse them? Well, tough, decent men only have the option of stopping abuse of innocent-men

Hello... RAPE is illegal for men too... just because some dead beat dad doesn't want to take care of his responsibilities doesn't mean he was raped! Besides I think most male rape is perpetrated by other males!

But, how many of the cases are actually rape when a girl gets pregnant by a guy? I mean yes, if a guy knocks a girl up her should in fact have to pay child support. But, it is not very popular for women to rape men, it is very rare. And, if this was made a big deal, how many dead beat dads do you think would turn around and say She Raped Me!!! just to get out of the child support payments? Alot, that is the answer.

Who is President in your little delusional world?
That's all your asinine questions warrants.
Here is what I found on Rape laws. Where did you get your information from?
Common law
In the common law of the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States, rape traditionally describes the act of a man who forces a woman to have sexual intercourse with him, or a female that forces a male to havesexual intercourse with him. Until the late 20th Century, a husband forcing sex on his wife or a wife forcing sex on her husband was not considered "rape", since the woman or man (for certain purposes) was not considered a separate legal person with the right of refusal, or sometimes was deemed to have given advanced consent to a life-long sexual relationship through the wedding vows. However, most Western common-law countries, as well as civil-law countries, have now legislated against this exception. They now include spousal rape (vaginal intercourse), and acts of sexual violence, such as forced anal intercourse which were traditionally barred under sodomy laws, in their definitions of "rape". The term "rape" is sometimes considered "loaded", and many jurisdictions recognize broader categories of sexual assault or sexual battery instead.
There is a clear mens rea element in the law regarding rape i.e. the accused must be aware that the victim is not consenting or might not be consenting. However, different jurisdictions vary in how they place the onus of proof with regards to belief of consent.
Under English law, until May 2005, a "genuine" belief that the victim was consenting, even if unreasonable, was sufficient. The law was changed so that belief of consent is now only a defense if the belief is both genuine and reasonable.

What nation do you are living in? In the United States (and plenty of different nations), rape is already unlawful, irrespective of which gender is the sufferer (or despite the fact that each events are of the identical gender). Rape is a brutal act; it's not outlined by means of who perpetrates it, however alternatively by means of the breach of character rights that accompanies it.
