His father is an Aries so he doesn't have much of a sensitive side...this may be the only downfall to their relationship. When he gets older though he may butt heads with his father quite a bit...but in the end signs dont matter when it comes to parents and childs relationships.

Scorpio & Cancer are both water signs whilst Aries is a Fire sign. I've read books on horoscopes and basically they say Earth and water signs are compatible, then you have Fire and Air signs which are compatible. But depending on when and where you were born the other star signs do affect your sign as well. So if you can borrow some books from your local library you will get a more detailed answer although I can say from what I know. You and your son may be more alike because you have some personality traits that are the same. In a lot of ways I agree with "j3nny3lf".... but either way it just depends on a lot of things. Aries can be quite the @.s.s. hole and it depends on a lot of his surroundings on how he responds to his father. At the same time Cancer can be quite the emotional psycho and it depends on what happens with the two of you that either he will nurture you or run from you. As I was growing up my Father was the one who kept us in line. He was very strict. My Mother on the other hand was the one who would sooth the hurts and the pains. She would be the one to assure us that all was okay and that everything would turn out fine. Dad punished, mom forgave.
