Should i look at buying a existing one (and if so where can i find businesses for sale) or starting from scratch (and if so where could i look at getting equipment and property from, and the correct permissions to change into a business property if needed

your local paper should have business's for sale. (local ads paper) i don't know where you are, but nesbitts and Viking direct are excellent catalogues for catering equipment if you are in Britain. my email is jennieus2001@yahoo.co.uk

Do a search on google, there are loads of sites. I wanted to buy a little cafe once, so looked on lots of sites where they had some for sale. There are also mags you can buy and you can subscribe on the internet, so the minute a property comes up matching what you want, you will hear about it first. You should buy a going concern that has built up a trade.
