It is hard to be in the middle of two friends who used to be together and fell out.
One, are they still in communication - if yes let them sort it out themselves because it is their relationship nobody knows more how to sort it out than the two of them.
Two, did they broke up badly - if yes don't do anything yet to sort things out. Hear their sides, console them be a friend, give them time to cool out because by then they might be ready to talk about the relationship without saying unecessary things.
If after sometime they still hate each other...then back off and be just a friend.

Now why on earth would you be putting yourself in the middle? Is this any of your business? Are they "both" wanting your opinions?
It just doesn't sound like the normal "3" way.

Well please keep away from them, otherwise you will also fall into the category "GAY". You mind your own business other than trying to resolve problems of unusual people

that is not for you to fix. you just be both of their friends and whatever they do, its up to them, if you intervene, you risk the chance of your name being dragged in the mud for trying to help. this is not your fight...stay on the sideline
