Rectal or intestinal bleeding is a serious thing.
There's a lot of blood going through the intestines and you don't want to aggravate the situation by ignoring it or inserting objects.

I don't know why you have rectal bleeding, but it may be a serious condition, have you told your parents?? Talk to them and then see a doctor. If you have been constipated, it can cause some bleeding, but you still need to see your doctor and talk to your parents.
Don't use a tampon in your rectum it can cause damage!

If you are bleeding from there you need to see a doctor. If you leave it like this there can be serious consequences. I don't recommend using a tampon for this.
