The United Nations has neither the legal mandate nor the effective power to do these things. Read the UN Charter sometime, so you'll have a clue of what you're talking about.

Isn't any sort of bombing, suicide or otherwise, already "outlawed" by the UN? Just because something is outlawed doesn't mean people won't do it!

The UN has multiple resolutions against killing civilians. Suicide bombers always kill civilians . However the UN does not write laws. The UN is totally useless it never even enforces its own resolutions. This is why we have suicide bombers and mad men with nukes. Would you really trust the UN to protect your butt from the crazies in this world?

The targeting of civilians is outlawed by the Geneva Convention which the UN adheres to.

it is against the law to kill, every where.so that would be pointless. suicide bombing is the only way for an oppressed people to defend themselves such as those poor Palestinians the evil Jews are persecuting. taking there land. bulldozing there homes. killing there children for throwing rocks at tanks for gods sake. they are desperate. the Jews are killing and bombing Little ole Lady's. children , every thing and all they have to fight with is bomb straped to there person, i pray for those Palestinians EVERY NIGHT. those evil Jews should be made to pay for what they have done to there neighbors . i pray for the family's of the suicide bombers. losing there people so that there people can one day be free. of persecution. you should pray also if you belive in god. and what is right and true and just.bring to justice the Jewish people. take them to court and condemn them and prosecute them for war crimes.if you wont justice lady. god allmight what if those jews where bombing YOU and YOUR family.what would YOU DO?

How when living human kind were at loss could not differentiate between fantasy and reality or ghost stories being overlook on planet earth.
