Health w/o hesitation. What good is wealth or fame if you're in pain, can't walk or speak, constantly taking medication to keep going, constantly in the news, but behind the scenes are battling cancer or another of the thousands of things that could go wrong with you. If wealth could buy health, why do so many of the wealthy die relatively young of heart disease, stroke, and cancer. These are treatable, even preventable, if you eat properly.

Health absolutely.
Without it you are in big trouble, so it wouldn't matter about the other two, but with it, you can work towards gaining the other two if you so wish!
Wealth and fame cannot save you...look at Steve McQueen and
Rock Hudson to name just a couple,...both wealthy and famous and dead,...one from cancer, the other from Aids...neither their wealth or fame saved them.

Health, but it won't hurt to have a bit of cash in your pocket as well, you know? As for fame, aren't we all famous at some point?

Wealth. Health might lead you to wealth but wealth can definately buy health if you haven't lost it yet.

obviously wealth........ you could pay for the best health care and even pay for some sort of fame...heck look at paris hilton, no talent, no brains, but the folks are loaded....there ya go!

Yes,health ofcourse...Eventhough I admit the others are very tempting and I wish for them but whats the point if you're rich and famous but sick,you wont enjoy life...but if you're healthy,you can comfortably work on the other two.
