My wife works full time and goes to school to be an RN. I work full time (app 48-60 hrs per week ) I told her as long as she was going to school to better herself for both of us that I would take care of the house. So I clean,do laundry, cook. This includes sweeping the floors, folding and putting away the laundey and washing and drying the dishs. No I'm not a whipped puppy ! I love my wife and I know in my heart she'd do the same for me.
PS = I'll be glad when she is through with school....lol

Yes, we kind of divide up the chores. She does the cloth, and house cleaning. I took care of dogs and their "left over" in the back yard, cook, and get the dishes. We both work, so I think it is pretty fair. Once every month, usually on Sunday...we would both organize the house and clean everything. We do not get on each other's neck if it is not done. Just do it..and stop complaining, it pretty much how I sum it up with regards to chores and how we deal with it. It is easy so us since we don't have any kids...so I am not sure how the equation would change.

Well, he's not my spouse, but we live together. He does help with house hold chores. We take turns doing the cooking, the dishes, sweeping and mopping. The only thing he won't make me do is cleaning the garage (that's his sanctuary), and the only thing I won't make him do is the laundry.

My husband and I share the chores. He does the laundry (doesn't like the way I do them), we cook together and clean together. This makes it fun.

I didn't know there were anymore "men" like GARY GEOR" who are so behind the times they consider sharing housework as being a "nancy" I think he meant "nanny" . I bet he still puts his drawers on the floor or on top of the dresser like he did when his momma picked up after him. lol

Yes, my husband does as much as he can to help out. But I prefer to do most things since he is the breadwinner and I am not working at the moment.
