I Love the steamer but after a while the button started to stick after I plug it in. How can I contact the company to get it fixed? I only see the AS SEEN ON TV address. Is anyone else having this problem?

For customer service on Scunci Steamer after the sale, call:
1-866-258-1939.
The above was noted at one of the sites -- don't know if this will get you to Scunci direct, but it was the only thing I could find so far. If you still have the owner's manual or other paperwork, there should be some # or address there, too, but I assume you've already checked if you have that stuff ;~).
