I did not know you could "make" property. If you are asking how much your property is worth, you have to go off of the recent sales like yours. You can get this information from the Multiple Listing, which is open for the public on the Internet in your area. You can also get it from a real estate office and ask a Realtor if they would be so nice to give you this information. You only want to go back only a few months, if you want to most up to date sales. You have to get the print out and see if they had more or less than your house. In the same location, and similar sq. ft. and upgrades, etc. Good luck. I was a Realtor for 10 yrs in three different states.

You'd need the plans and a quantity surveyor. It'll cost you about £500 to do this.

Why, i wonder...

A typical 3 bed semi costs bout £70K to build ( NOT buy )
