i am boy 18 years old, i am going to live with my sister she is in germany she is studying there she share house with her 3 girlfriends, now i am also going joined with her, can i stay with my sister?

Well, as long as everyone else that your sister lives with agrees to it, then I don't see what the problem is. I think that if you do, then you should ask her to get with them, and set up some of the rules they would like you to follow while you're there. Then, you can know what to expect and have less chances of pi**ing them off.
