horlick products are generally safe for consumption throughout pregnancy as part of a healthy diet. But pregnant women are advised against having too much Vitamin A in their diets so large doses may be harmful to baby.Although horlicks is fortified with Vitamin A you would have to take about 20 cups a day for it to be harmful to your baby. So you definitely can take it.

I grew up on horlicks. I recently had a baby and he is perfectly healthy. My mother also from the islands drank it and i as well as my sisters and brothers have no health issues
