Yes you are right. Laws do not necessarily solve problems, nor are they necessarily the answer to problems. The number of laws in this country is becoming way too thick.

And in the meantime while your trying to figure out why, what do we do with the people that cause the problems? Tell them to hang out on the local corner? The best way to stop child abuse is to break the cycle of abuse, but the abuser still needs to be put away to protect other children.

every law that is passed produces more criminals, more lawyers are needed to defend and prosecute them, still others are required to interpit the law, its a lawyers plot that has worked!
