For me it's the combination of J.D. and Turk. They are so funny together! There's real chemistry there..you believe that the actors are best buds off-screen as well.
I love the Janitor!! Does anyone remember when he took over morning announcements at the hospital when Kelso lost his hearing? That was a riot!
I've always liked Elliot although her character seems to be in a bit of a rut right now. It's like the producers don't know what to do with her.
Oh yes, and Lavern makes me laugh out loud a lot too.
Yes, I love "Scrubs"!

Best character is either Cox or the Janitor.
Elliott is hotter, but before she had her bad girl make over in my humble opinion.
On an unrelated note, I have a friend who is SO much like The Todd it scares me.

ooooooooo very good question. I don't think there is a best character i love them all equally however i find elliot hilarious shes so dipsy and the janitor sooo has to be included too. As for who is the hottest i would probably go for jd or Turk.

I think it is an ensemble cast that has many strong characters, and not one that steals the show. I think the janitor (Neil Flynn who appeared on my beloved Seinfeld as a cop) is good, and Turk seems like a good guy.
