I have downloaded iTunes 7 and now when i plug my ipod in to the computer a message pops up claiming my ipod is in recovery mode (my ipod was working perfectly fine before i plugged it in) and it says that it needs to be restored. I have restored it, which has wiped my ipod clean but it still wont work with iTunes, it still keeps coming up with the message that it needs to be restored. I dont know what to do now. iTunes is working fine on the computer but now i have an empty Ipod that i can't do anything with.

Just leave your ipod plugged in to your computer and reboot. I had the same problem and that worked. Hope it helps.

well it depends on what ipod you have, an older ipod won't work on itunes7. any of the new ones should work. you should probably call apple and ask for assistance. just go to apple.com and look for the phoe number. good luck
