Birth control pills. They'll keep your periods coming at the exact same time every month.

An excellent remedy is to not make matters worse and not let the problem become worse by either ignoring it or doing things over the counter that you may regret later if you learn there was something serious going on that needed medical attention. You really need to see your physician and tell him or her what is happening. More than likely it can be simply corrected with hormone medication, but what if it is something more serious? Your health and your future may depend on you seeing a doctor. That is what you need to do is to make an appointment with a good gonecologist.

i know of only one occurrence that causes variables from my own experience, if you are having sex with a person and you can do it because the guys been fixed and the how things seems to be fun with out getting pg, so here where finally after years of know that it was causing irregularity but i just keep it to my self, til one girl said she was not happy having Sex with me, so enquired and she says she get pregnant, is this a real question? I said you can't get pregnant, and then she made me go 180*degrees and see what was i missing here, so i ventured in again and said do you think that your body is taking the lifeless elements of me and holding on to them and trying to conceive and all the females stuff and she just smiled at me, so this is all i know that girls can have sex with guys that are fixed but the female anatomy doesn't know, it real and trys to create life tell the body recognises it's a dead cell and passes the thing in couple of months, make any sense to your problem?

you can go on oral contraceptives, (birth control pills). Different ones work differently but most will turn you regular. But some users do see weight gain as well. Talk to a doctor since you will need a prescription if you decide to start

Irregular menstrual periods (Anovulation) is absence of ovulation when it would be normally expected (in a post-menarchal, premenopausal woman). Anovulation can result from a variety of factors:

Stress, new environment
Chronic mental illness, such as depression
Chronic physical illness, such as inflammatory bowel disease, poorly controlled diabetes, tuberculosis, or anemia
Undernutrition, specific nutrient deficiencies, inadequate body fat
Prolonged or continuous physical exertion
Various pharmaceutical (especially phenothiazines) and recreational drugs
Hormone imbalances, such as prolactin or testosterone excess (e.g., polycystic ovary syndrome), hyper- or hypothyroidism, adrenal insufficiency or Cushing's syndrome.
Pituitary or ovarian failure.
Some anovulatory women may have two or more contributing conditions. Anovulation can generally be reversed by ameliorating the causal factors (except in cases of permanent pituitary or ovarian failure).

For most women, alteration of menstrual periods is the principal indication of chronic anovulation. Ovulatory menstrual periods tend to be regular and predictable in terms of cycle length, duration and heaviness of bleeding, and other symptoms. Ovulatory periods are often accompanied by midcycle symptoms such as mittelschmerz or premenstrual symptoms. In contrast, anovulation usually manifests itself as irregularity of menstrual periods, that is, unpredictable variability of intervals, duration, or bleeding. Anovulation can also cause cessation of periods (secondary amenorrhea) or excessive bleeding (dysfunctional uterine bleeding). Mittelschmerz and premenstrual symptoms tend to be absent or reduced when a woman is anovulatory.

Chronic anovulation is a common cause of infertility.

In addition to the alteration of menstrual periods and infertility, chronic anovulation can cause or exacerbate other long term problems, such as hyperandrogenism or osteopenia. It plays a central role in the multiple imbalances and dysfunctions of polycystic ovary syndrome.
