why cant we all stay here forever?

because death is a part of life. maybe when we die well live on but in a diff dimenson & a different form, like well be spitis not humans & well be in heaven not on earth, but until we die well never know ...until then accept the fact that everyone dies..

Think about it - it would be torture to live forever... you are obviously not of any significant age - ask any OLD person and /or REALLY sick person and I guarantee you they are glad to leave this plane and go on to the next.... this klfe and it's trials and tribulations get to be TOO MUCH for the psyche or Body to take and when their time approaches - they are glad to leave.
