last night i had sex and this morning i made the ovulation test "clear blue" and i gave two blue lines :positive. to what extend this means i'm going to get pregnant? i had my period on 18sept

It means your chances of getting pregnant are better now than at any other time during the month. It does NOT, however, guarantee that you will get pregnant. If you're TTC, have sex at least once more today and for the next couple days, it will increase your chances of at least one of those little swimmers finding its target. If you DON'T want to be pregnant, keep your legs shut and hope for the best. Only a couple of home pregnancy tests are accurate enough to tell you an answer 5 days before your next period is due, the rest you need to wait at least until the day you miss your next mensus. No it does not. People really are one in a million, the chance is pretty low. It means just what it says, you are ovulating. Many things can happen that will stop the egg and sperm from connecting. Also there is a large chance of an early miscarriage. Sorry to be a downer but these are just the facts. But all the same, good luck.

Ovulation tests aren't terribly reliable...so don't get TOO worried. Still, if your period is late take a home pregnancy test. If it comes back positive, then you'll need to see a doctor.

The first blue line is the cotrol line the second is the negtive/positve line and it indicates your pregnant, try again on o and see the doctor, i make the test kits
