that's a lot of people for a game. You could either play bingo or just have a raffle and draw the winning number toward the end of the party. If you want the party to be a game the whole time, then you could do a sherades game or a family feud type of game. If you have enough room and chairs maybe you could do a musical chairs game.

play music and when ever it stops the person holding it opens it to see if theres a prize or not
you can put a prize there half way through or just a few wrappers from the center
or any board game and and the winners verse each other until theres 2 left and both 2 get a prize each

Hey,,, Mazolia Oil Party man !!!! get the largest plastic covering,, cover your floor completely,,, where the plastic will not pull away,,,,and pour a few gallons of oil on the floor,,, everyone strips off and swims around ,,,,, lol
