Would like to find out anyone had uterus wound opened and what advise and medical help was given. How long it takes to heal cause I'm still bleeding heavily after 24 hours and counting.

You must follow your Doctor advice. I'm sure he/she said to elevate your feet, not to lift anything over 7 pounds, not to drive for 3 to 6 weeks, not climb stairs, and to rest. The bleeding could have happened even if you hadn't fallen, this is basically normal, some women do and others don't. Follow what you were told, and you'll be back up on your feet, and healthy in no time at all.

You need to get to a hospital NOW! You can bleed too to the point of anemia or even death. It's essential that you go.
