another question who decides when an animal is endangered?

We call a specie, plant or animal endangered when it is in immediate danger of becoming extinct. Its numbers are usually low, and it needs protection in order to survive.

Unfortunately, this wonderful ancient beast is normally killed for its' horn, maybe only 3-4 kg of matted hair.
The unbelievably backward Chinese (generalising again, but they claim to be civilized), believe that a potion containing a gram of this hair is the equivalent of viagra and also makes their dix bigger. How bloody stupid this revolting practice of killing endangered species to think you have a bigger dick is.....
I applaud the wildlife reserves in Africa for cutting off this horn from Rhino in order to save it from extinction, they don't actually need it. Unfortunately, there are thousands of other species living in fear of chinese remedies.
