ive been accused of conspiracy to deliver marijuana. anybody know how long i may sit in jail or know somebody who has been convicted of this felony?

It depends on how good your lawyer is.....

guess it depends on how much....and guess like the other person said, depends on how good your lawyer is....and if you rat out the person who really did it...if it was on your person bagged as if to sell and not for personal use, police know if its just yours you smoke or if there is intent to sell/deliver, you may get 11mo. 29 days suspended if your record is clean, with a whole bunch of fines to pay, probation with drug testing, and if no job, you gotta' have one....depends what the laws are in your state also....

If they have evidence - 3months...

If they have none, then it is up to the state to prove beyond any benefit of the doubt that you did...

It is a burden upon the state to prove it, not you, stay silent and plead the 5th ammendment...which says if you speak you might be placing yourself in a bad situation...and that's not fair...in any court...

did you do something else...or have a bad wrap for something that they would want to set you up....or put you away for along time...sometimes this is the easiest way to get to someone....
