Two or three times is enough for me to get dizzy. There may exist a method for travelling back in time but it is not through a single person simply spinning. It involves using a wormhole which is effectively a short-cut tunnel from one region of space to another.
If one end of this wormhole is spun around at the speed of light the space around this end would remain frozen in time ,from the moment you started spinning. Should you wish to return to that moment in time you enter at the non-spinning end and voila.

it's up to individual..maybe there is somebody that just 2 or 3 round already get headache. then if u can go back in time, surely cannot. why? because, time is always running forward, never backward or else.
