none. u computer doesnt need to be online to burn a cd

If you have the means to burn cd's n dvd's you don't need to be online for the process. In fact as there are still lotsa machines that are tight on memory I would suggest that is one prog you run by itself after all the contents of a cd is about 6.75 megabytes.
you need that much to store the inf then additionally there is the prog itself - soon eats up lots of memory.
